Coming August 4th: Product Release - High Value merged with Retail for easier search

QuickFacts has upgraded our navigation menu for a unified experience and added platform walkthroughs to help you get the most out of our tools.

No need to toggle between markets with a unified experience

We understand that your time is valuable. Every minute spent navigating between different product lines is time that could be better spent serving your clients. That's why we're excited to announce a significant enhancement to the QuickFacts platform: a unified menu experience that consolidates High-Value & Retail into a single, streamlined experience.

What's Changing?

The upcoming August 4th update consolidates our previously separate personal product line menus into a single, integrated navigation structure. Instead of accessing High-Value and Retail products by toggling between the two, you'll find them within one unified menu. This change applies across the entire platform, ensuring consistency whether you're conducting carrier comparisons, accessing underwriting guidelines, or reviewing policy documentation.

You'll no longer see High-Value in the dropdown menu, as it has been merged; that's one less button to click.  We have introduced an All-in-One Chart where, by default, you can now view all market types simultaneously on a single chart.

Note: If you have only High-Value or only Retail, you'll see no changes to your dashboard.

The search functionality remains as powerful as ever, now enhanced by the unified structure to deliver even more relevant results across all product lines simultaneously. Content will be tagged with "Standard" or "High Value" so you know exactly what you're looking at. Our Smart Filter feature allows you to isolate for High-Value or Standard risks with just one click.

It's important to note that while the navigation structure has evolved, all the underlying functionality you depend on remains unchanged. Your saved searches, custom workflows, and carrier information will continue to work exactly as they do today. 

Interactive Walkthroughs

We recognize that any change to your daily tools requires an adjustment period. To ensure a smooth transition and help you maximize the value of these enhancements immediately, we're introducing interactive walkthroughs as a permanent feature of the QuickFacts platform.

These guided tutorials will automatically appear when you first log into QuickFacts. The walkthroughs are designed to be concise and practical, highlighting key changes and demonstrating how to utilize QuickFacts and our Comparison Tool with the new interface. You can progress through the walkthrough at your own pace!
